Egg stroller
D360 was responsible for the original product concept and complete mechanical design and development of the Egg stroller.
D360 developed the Egg stroller from the initial product concept, creating its mechanical architecture, the visual design of the chassis and components, the folding mechanisms and the many other functions that contribute to its appearance, operation and ease of use.
The work included detailed design of moulded plastic components, tubes, handles, buttons and mechanisms, alongside extensive 3D CAD, prototyping, testing and refinement.
D360's involvement continued into production, working closely with factory engineers on tooling, industrialisation and resolving practical manufacturing challenges.
The stroller’s fabrics, soft goods and their colour schemes were developed separately.
