D360 is an independent product design and development consultancy, established in 2011 and led by a product design engineer with nearly 30 years of professional experience.
Combining creative thinking, innovative product design and practical mechanical development, D360 helps turn ideas into products that look good, work well and are designed with manufacture in mind.

I enjoy the challenge of developing something new — finding innovative solutions, bringing together appearance and function, and working through the detail needed to turn an idea into a successful physical product.
My approach combines sound engineering principles with hands-on development. CAD, prototypes, testing and refinement all play a part in exploring ideas, resolving challenges and improving designs.
A number of my original designs and innovations have resulted in granted patents, demonstrating the value of creative thinking combined with practical product development.
I work directly with clients and their teams, whether taking responsibility for a complete product development project or contributing to a particular design challenge.
Experience beyond the drawing board.
Nearly 30 years of experience has given me a practical understanding of how products are developed, manufactured and assembled.
That includes extensive time working on-site with suppliers and factory engineers in China, resolving design and production challenges through prototyping, tooling trials and the transition into manufacture.
This experience helps me make informed design decisions from the outset, balancing innovation, appearance, usability and the realities of production.
